Having spent seven days writing and troubleshooting text for the game, it was time for a “build” day.
I was feeling more crafty than writey yesterday morning. What better way to exercise my muse than to start designing and making the Meters for the game?
When I started on this important and required side quest I knew that there were a couple of things I needed to accomplish:
1) The game meters had to be readable.
2) The game meters had to be organized to add readability.
3) The game meters had to be attractive to look at.
4) The game meters had to be easy to transport.
The pictures below show the fruits of my efforts. I think I did well for a prototype and definitely paved the way for the design of a final product!
