The Pentel Orenz 0.2 mm offers the functionality of a thin lead line with a sturdy body construction.

Pros: solid plastic body, good pocket clip, sliding and retractable sleeve, great PPe-2 eraser with lead jam clearer, also comes in 0.3 mm and a variety of colors, rubber grip model

Cons: Only comes with two leads in barrel, harder to find replacement lead, eraser is a non-standard for Pentel pencils, limited texture grip may turn off some (does come in a rubber grip model)

Writing Experience: Good+

Quality: Good+

Features: Good

Price: Cheap (7-10 USD Amazon)

Replaces the Pentel Energize Deluxe on the Honorable Mentions List.  A fine pencil, but the Orenz is a better package for the price.

    Well, for the pencil itself, if you are looking for the best pencil to buy, I would steer away from this. But, his is still the only 0.2 mm pencil at the moment, unless Pacific Arc resells their products or the PG2 returns.
